Privacy Policy

Customer data stays on the advisor's Windows device. AdviPulse Cloud Portal is used for account, license, activation, renewal, support, and aggregate usage status only.

Effective date: May 13, 2026

What stays local

We do not store customer names, phone numbers, policy files, meeting notes, prompts, AI outputs, SQLite databases, or imports in Cloud Portal.

  • Customer and prospect names, phone numbers, birthdays, tags, notes, and relationship history.
  • Policy files, quotations, illustrations, import spreadsheets, local exports, and backup snapshots.
  • Meeting notes, communication drafts, AI prompts, AI outputs, compliance review artifacts, and audit context.
  • Local SQLite databases and local AI credential files stored on the advisor's Windows device.

What Cloud Portal stores

Cloud Portal stores account, license, activation, renewal, and aggregate usage records only, so pilot users can install, activate, renew, and get support.

  • Portal account details such as name, email, company, and support contact information.
  • License, activation, device-count, renewal, billing-status, and support workflow records.
  • Aggregate Managed AI usage counts and token totals for entitlement and quota management.
  • Operational security logs needed to protect login, activation, password reset, and support workflows.

How AdviPulse uses information

Service operation

We use Cloud Portal records to provide login, email verification, activation, license refresh, renewal, download, Microsoft Store installation guidance, and account support.

Managed AI entitlement

Managed AI credentials are license-managed. Entitlement refresh may sync aggregate request counts and token totals, but not prompts, outputs, meeting notes, raw tool results, customer files, or local database IDs.

Human review boundary

AI-assisted drafts and compliance checks are drafting support. Customer-visible communication remains under human advisor review and is never auto-sent by AdviPulse.

Sharing and processors

We do not sell customer data. We may use service providers for hosting, email delivery, payment/support operations, security, and Microsoft Store distribution. Providers are used only to operate AdviPulse services.

Retention and deletion

Advisors can request account support, license changes, or deletion help through support. Local customer data can be backed up or deleted from the advisor's own Windows device using the Workbench support tools.

Security

We use access controls, secure cookies, signed activation flows, and release checks to protect Cloud Portal operations. Advisors should keep their Windows account, backups, and device access secure.

Contact

For privacy, account, installation, or deletion questions, contact support with your portal email and a short description of the request.
